Gorilla

Gorillas are powerful yet gentle primates that live in the dense forests of Africa. They are highly intelligent, with strong family bonds led by a dominant silverback male. Gorillas are primarily herbivores, feeding on leaves, stems, and fruit. They share 98% of their DNA with humans, making them one of our closest relatives. Habitat loss and poaching threaten gorilla populations, and conservation efforts are focused on protecting their forest habitats. Gorillas are crucial to biodiversity and play a role in maintaining their ecosystems.
